Thomas has worked exclusively in family law since 2016. He is experienced in dealing with complex financial and parenting matters.

Thomas’ approach is one where going to Court is considered the last resort. He prides himself in providing clients with realistic and honest advice to assist clients in being able reach amicable agreements in relation to property separation, parenting arrangements and child support with their spouse. Thomas is in favour of mediation wherever possible and works with clients to achieve just and fair results without the court battle.  

Where Court is required, Thomas is experienced in representing clients at Court and regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Thomas understands that family law matters are emotionally draining and directs his focus on minimising conflict, stress and cost for his clients. Thomas takes pride in his attention to detail and in working efficiently to resolve matters swiftly and to lower cost.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Western Sydney University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law. He is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and is on the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia.
