Tash Nolan
Tash has a diverse background, having practiced for nearly 17 years and gaining extensive experience across many areas of law, including family law, property law, commercial law, wills and estate planning, probate, commercial litigation and criminal law.
Tash holds a Master of Applied Law (Family Law) and is experienced in matters ranging from modest property settlements to complex and high net worth financial disputes involving multiple assets, family companies, trust structures and superannuation interests.
Tash’s commercial background complements her family law practice. Her commercial experience allows her to quickly identify key issues and provide practical, cost-effective solutions. She strongly believes in exploring all forms of alternative dispute resolution to resolve disputes efficiently before resorting to litigation.
Tash has been consistently recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in the Doyles List of Family & Divorce Lawyers – Sydney since 2023. Tash has been individually recognised for the fourth year in a row in the following 2026 categories:

Tash completed her training as a Collaborative Lawyer in 2014 and now incorporates her interdisciplinary collaborative practice into her everyday practice. Tash is deeply involved in the collaborative community and is the current Secretary of Collaborative Professionals (NSW now incorporating ACT) and a board member of the Australian Association of Collaborative Professionals and is a member of the Central Sydney Collaborative Forum.
Tash is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, having completed her mediation training through the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators (AIFLAM) in 2025.
