Tash has a diverse background, having gained experience in many areas of law including family law, conveyancing, commercial law, wills & estate planning, probate, commercial litigation and criminal law.

Nolan Lawyers offers a range of services that complement each other.  Tash’s diverse background means that she can assist her clients with many of their legal needs.

Tash has a Masters in Applied Law (Family Law).   Tash chose to specialise in family law because she wanted to be able to help people through what is one of the most difficult times in their lives.  Tash is experienced in modest property settlements to more complex property matters involving multiple assets, family companies, trust structures, and superannuation interests.

Tash’s commercial background compliments her family law practice.  Her commercial experience allows her to quickly identify the issues at hand and provide the most practical and cost effective solutions for her clients.  Tash strongly believes that all aspects of alternative dispute resolution should be explored to try to resolve the dispute in an efficient manner before resorting to litigation.

Tash is a member of Collaborative Professionals (NSW) Inc.  Tash is passionate about assisting her clients through their family law matter using the collaborative approach and engaging other professionals including accountants, financial planners and child psychologists, where necessary.

Tash is currently completing a Masters in Applied Law (Wills & Estates).  This area of law is becoming more complex, particularly in blended family situations.  Tash provides practical and pragmatic advice to her clients about their estate planning needs.

Director – Client Services / Practice Manager

Chad has a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and spent the first 20 years of his career working for large multinational business’s like Nestle, in various commercial roles.

Chad was instrumental in the inception of Nolan Lawyers in April 2016 and initially worked behind the scenes until he joined the firm full time in March 2018. At this time Chad returned to university to study Law but has since deferred.

Chad now leads the day to day operation of the firm with his strong leadership skills including client management, staff management, our communication systems and initiatives. Chad is most passionate about our clients and their experience with the firm. Chad ensures our clients needs are understood and met and all of the firms efforts are centred around this focus.

Senior Associate

Kristina is an experienced and professional Senior Associate with an empathetic, strategic, and pragmatic approach to her Family Law practice. She is committed to providing expert guidance and representation whilst ensuring her clients feel heard, understood, and empowered at each stage of their family law matter.

Kristina has been practising law since 2012 and has extensive experience representing clients in often complex financial matters involving the division of multiple assets, superannuation splitting and spousal maintenance. She also has years of experience representing clients in children’s matters involving issues of risk, family violence and relocation, both interstate and international, as well as child support matters and divorce. Kristina is well-versed at preparing Court documents, Child Support Agreements, Consent Orders and Binding Financial Agreements.

Kristina is dedicated to resolving her matters efficiently and in the most cost-effective manner without the need to resort to litigation. She has meticulous attention to detail, impeccable drafting skills and works diligently and proactively to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients. Kristina demonstrates empathy and compassion to her clients and remains mindful of the difficulties her clients can invariably face in resolving their family law matter.

Senior Associate – Accredited Specialist in Family Law

Samantha Lewis is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.  Samantha has been practising law for a decade and has extensive experience in Family Law in a wide range of areas including:

  • Complex property proceedings including high net worth clients with corporate structures
  • Parenting disputes
  • Spousal maintenance
  • Injunctions including exclusive occupation of matrimonial homes
  • Drafting Financial Agreements (pre-nups)
  • Setting aside Financial Agreements
  • Interstate and International Relocation
  • Urgent recovery orders to recover children from interstate
  • Disputes involving domestic violence and high conflict personalities

Samantha takes a pragmatic approach in all of her matters through listening and understanding her clients to ensure clients receive the best professional legal service with successful and swift resolutions.  All options for settlement are explored, not just litigation.  Having a background working for families recovering their children from FACS and appearing in criminal proceedings, Samantha shows a high level of empathy that reassures her clients that they are receiving specialist advice from their lawyer who truly cares about the outcomes for her clients.

Anastasia is a skilled and empathetic Family Lawyer who has practised predominantly in the area of Family Law for five years.  Anastasia is passionate about obtaining the best outcome while maintaining approachable relationships with her clients and colleagues.

Anastasia has experience in representing clients in complex parenting matters including relocation and contravention, property settlements and divorce applications.  Anastasia takes a practical and meticulous approach to her matters.

Whilst Anastasia believes in exploring all avenues of fruitful negotiations and alternative dispute resolution before resorting to litigation, she has extensive Court experience.  Anastasia has appeared in the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia for interim hearings and final hearings.  Anastasia’s experience practising in a regional area has given her strong advocacy skills.

Anastasia also has experience in wills and estates and conveyancing from her time practising in a boutique regional firm.

Anastasia has completed several training courses including Overcoming Barriers (The Mental Health Project), Methamphetamine Workshop & Training and The Family Law DOORS (Detection of Overall Risk Screen).

Anastasia has also been involved in organisations including her position on the Steering Committee of the South Coast Family Law Pathways Network and Vice President of the Shoalhaven & District Law Society.

Sasha is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws at Macquarie University.

During her High School years, Sasha developed a strong passion for law having been mentored by her High School Legal Studies Teacher. After leaving school, Sasha originally pursued a Bachelor of Economics at the University of Technology, Sydney. However, Sasha realised her true calling was in Law and transferred into a Bachelor of Laws in early 2020.

Having grown up in Hong Kong and being a child exposed to the Family Law System in Hong Kong, Sasha has developed a passion for Family Law and is excited to continue being mentored by the Solicitors at Nolan Lawyers. Sasha’s experience with the Family Law System means that she is empathetic and compassionate towards clients, whilst she supports the Solicitors at Nolan Lawyers in day to day tasks.

Sasha is eager to complete her studies and be admitted as a Solicitor in NSW.

Phillip is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Finance) at Western Sydney University. The combination of studying a Business degree along with a Law degree allows Phillip to assist the Solicitors at Nolan Lawyers in more complex financial and property proceedings.

Phillip has been working in Family Law since 2018, providing him with experience which enables him to assist the Solicitors at Nolan Lawyers. This also allows Phillip to complete tasks in an efficient yet thorough manner.

Phillip has developed a strong passion for Family Law and looks forward to completing his studies so he can begin assisting his own clients.
