Other costs to consider:

  • If you are purchasing a unit or townhouse we recommend that you obtain a strata report. The cost of a strata report will vary from $290 – $410 (incl. GST) depending on the number of lots in the complex.
  • If you are purchasing a house we recommend that you obtain a building and pest report. The cost of obtaining these reports varies depending on the company used, but you should allow approximately $450- $500 for these reports.
