Tash has a diverse background, having gained experience in many areas of law including family law, conveyancing, commercial law, wills & estate planning, probate, commercial litigation and criminal law.

Tash has a Masters in Applied Law (Family Law).   Tash chose to specialise in family law because she wanted to be able to help people through what is one of the most difficult times in their lives.  Tash is experienced in modest property settlements to more complex property matters involving multiple assets, family companies, trust structures, and superannuation interests.

Tash’s commercial background compliments her family law practice.  Her commercial experience allows her to quickly identify the issues at hand and provide the most practical and cost effective solutions for her clients.  Tash strongly believes that all aspects of alternative dispute resolution should be explored to try to resolve the dispute in an efficient manner before resorting to litigation.

Tash is a member of Collaborative Professionals (NSW) Inc.  Tash am passionate about assisting her clients through their family law matter using the collaborative approach and engaging other professionals including accountants, financial planners and child psychologists, where necessary.

Tash is currently completing a Masters in Applied Law (Wills & Estates).  This area of law is becoming more complex, particularly in blended family situations.  Tash provides practical and pragmatic advice to her clients about their estate planning needs.

Hayley Hewitt


Since her admission as a lawyer in 2012, Hayley has acted for a diverse client base including individuals, property developers, small to medium sized businesses, and large companies in a range of industries.

Hayley has experience in a broad range of matters, including sale and purchase of residential and commercial property, sale and purchase of small businesses, commercial leasing, building and construction disputes, and drafting various commercial agreements.

Hayley takes a practical approach to her work and is committed to developing and maintaining strong relationships with her clients to achieve their legal needs. She believes that integrity, rapport building, communication and negotiation are key to ensuring successful outcomes for her clients. Her clients benefit from this approach and her ability to advise her clients in plain English.

Kye Tran-Tsai, Special Counsel

Accredited Specialist (Property Law)

Kye has significant expertise in advising on a wide range of property law matters with a specialty in strata and community title. She has gained over 10 years of property law experience since her admission as a solicitor in 2005.

Over the course of her career Kye has successfully lead, negotiated and advised on a wide variety of commercial property matters ranging from retail leases to mixed-use strata development projects. Kye’s down to earth nature has motivated her to return to advising on residential sales and purchases of land.

Kye’s property knowledge has been highly acclaimed by the legal profession as she is also a legal writer and regularly contributes to professional legal publications. Since 2015, Kye has also gained recognition as an Accredited Specialist in Property Law. Kye is also a Lecturer at the College of Law and sits on the NSW Government’s Conveyancing Review Committee.
